A very warm welcome to our school website. We are delighted to share a little about Cotsford Primary School, located in the east of Durham in a proud former mining village. Our school was formed in 2019, bringing together the former Cotsford Infants and Cotsford Juniors to create one united and vibrant community.

We are fortunate to have a wonderful team of both experienced and newer staff who are dedicated, caring, and passionate about what they do. They work tirelessly to create engaging and inspiring learning experiences for all our children. Together, we strive to nurture each child through encouragement, support, and high expectations, creating a positive and stimulating environment where every pupil can grow academically, socially, and personally.
